Current vacancy Full - Time Archtectural Technician /  December 2011
The successful applicant should have good Construction Knowledge, 10 years post qualification experience and the ability to use Autocad.

They must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a role of this nature, ideally within the Leisure industry.
Ideally you should have experience in making Planning and Building Regulation Applications and liaison through to approvals.


Current vacancy Full - Time Project Manager/Interior Designer / November 2011
The successful applicant should have good Construction Knowledge, 10 years post qualification experience and the ability to use Autocad.

They must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a role of this nature, ideally within the Leisure industry.
Ideally you should be compitant in managing projects from inception to completion. This will require taking the brief from the client,
determining the resource required and managing the project via the various stages onto site. when on site good contract administration skills would be necessary.


Current vacancy Part - Time Database Qualifier /  December 2011
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and developing th Company’s client/prospect database in order to provide the Telemarketeer/Sales Executive with high quality qualified prospects.
He/She will need to have a very good telephone manner, and inquisitive mind and a good working knowledge of computors and database management. A knowledge of ACT in particular would be a distinct advantage.


Current vacancy Part - Time Telemarketeer /  December 2011
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and qualifying a potential client from our database and then booking appointments with prospective clients.
He/She will already be experienced in this job role and used to working against targets and performance standards. A knowledge of ACT in particular would be a distinct advantage.
