What we did / Clear Zoning of areas is key to facilitating the customer’s journey. Whether it is the sales process, information gathering or aftercare – the environment and layout must be clearly defined.
The brief was to separate the customer territory to ensure larger numbers could pass through the area into the complex or provide a calm inviting area for queries or for purchasing.
The solution was to provide warm and friendly areas that were inviting and non-threatening. It encompasses lounges and activity zones for children.
The solution has been implemented in new build and in existing facilities of differing sizes, where the same principals of zoning Holiday Reception, Sales and Administration Team, Meet and Greet Lounge, Showground and information gathering have been achieved.
