What we did / Provided flexible accommodation which suited groups, couples and families, a separate bar for drinks only, or as a holding area, prior to dining.
The original Fatty Arbuckles had dated over the years and required a stronger customer proposition and improved branding. The budget for a relaunch was limited. It was therefore important to focus on areas that would produce maximum returns.
The menu was expanded to include a wider range of American dishes – beyond burgers. To intensify the American atmosphere, individually designed items such as Abraham Lincoln bust, Statue of Liberty plaque and US travelogue were introduced.
The results show a 33% increase in turnover since the re-design.
