What we did / Take an existing timeshare holiday unit situated at the edge of a substantial holiday resort and add a high quality hotel and hospitality module.

We were asked to develop a solution that attracts families to a higher quality development. The site was small and therefore car parking and servicing was particularly difficult. The solution was to replicate the existing Miami style Timeshare holiday unit and incorporate a contemporary section for bars, lounges, reception and restaurant. Car parking was provided below the hotel. The solution used a prefabricated system to reduce build cost.
