What we did / Achieved a 50% increase in the hotels capacity without compromising the character of the building.

The Victorian country house architecture, with crenallated walls and Virginia creepers, sets the scene. Ragdale Hall is one of the UK’s leading health hydros.

Each phase (including a new swimming pool, saunarium, gymnasium and exercise suites, lounge bar, treatment rooms, bedroom wing and administration building) required managed extensions and refurbishments whilst this spa continued to offer first class services to its guests.

The architecture of the extensions continued to reflect the Victorian brickwork and crenallations. Internally a combination of working fireplaces, timber panelling, contemporary ceilings and decor, practical and up to date solutions which are sympathetic to the style and magistry of the existing architecture.

Ragdale Hall continues to win accolades as Spa of the year.
