Project title / Rockley Spa

What we did / Collaborated with the client to turn a rundown area adjacent to a site of scientific interest and nature reserve into a stunning 5 star day spa.

We were asked to provide an economical building combining high quality services and interiors within beautifully landscaped surroundings. We used inexpensive exterior finishes and allowed the planting to absorb the building in many areas, as well as creating a water garden and decking to give an immediate sense of quality on arrival.

Combining contemporary and traditional materials – subtle natural slate and timber, sleek fireplaces and plasma screens worked to create a calm ambience on entering. Iconic seating was used in the spa garden, with an outdoor pool for relaxation and conversation.
