What we did / Our challenge here was to shoe horn an entertainment complex between two lakes, but to allow for future phases.

The client was looking to lift the quality and presentation of its facilities and to have operational efficiency in-built into the designs. The design allowed for extensions and for areas to have different uses in the future with little effect to works that we had previously completed.
