What we did / Created vibrant facilities that are safe, appealing and easy to manage.
Creating a major leisure and entertainment complex adjacent to an idyllic river estuary was the brief. The proposals include a hotel with extensive leisure facilities and marina has been a developing plan.
Our brief was to produce the strategic plan to develop the clients business potential year on year whilst allowing for new ideas and venues as new trends appear.
We created a new indoor swimming pool within an existing building, which includes a flume and slides. This is overlooked by a cafe bar that encompasses lounge areas, dining areas and drinking and play zones. This is linked through night venues such as family entertainment areas and clubrooms where live acts perform.
Our designs are developed from sensible business strategies since the 1970s.
