BAILIWICK BAR & GRILL, GUERNSEY
Our brief was to provide a bar & restaurant design for the airport on Guernsey which reflected the heritage of the island. The State of Guernsey were keen to avoid having something that looked like any other airport. In collaboration with them “The Bailiwick Bar and Kitchen” was created.
As part of the bar & restaurant design we wanted to utilise the historic & contemporary influences of the island. It needed a strong regional feel, along with locally purchased produce and menu specialities.
Materials, zoning and artwork brought to life the area in which the airport is set.
With new kitchens and modern food preparation equipment in both units our clients are now able to offer an enhanced food and drink menu range for travelling passengers and other airport users.
