CLUBHOUSE REFURBISHMENT
The new owners had a vision of revitalising the traditional yet dated property to create a modern and inviting destination for golfers, holidaymakers, families and locals. As well as attracting potential new customers who are looking for their second home in wonderful surroundings in North Wales.
GIA’s design was inspired by nature, its locality and beautiful surroundings. It needed to strike a balance between contemporary style and the building’s traditional charm.

GROUND FLOOR:
- Bar & Lounge: A welcoming space for golfers and visitors to relax, with a snug for quiet coffee moments and a lounge area for watching sports.
- Restrooms, Lockers, and Check-In Areas: High-quality facilities designed to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Pro Shop and Small Shop: Offering products for golfers and guests.
- Refurbished Kitchen: Designed to support a high-quality menu and efficient service.
FIRST FLOOR:
- Brasserie & Bistro (formerly the function room): Offering a modern dining experience with a bar and restrooms.
- Balcony & WC: Additional spaces for guests to enjoy the views and relax.
The newly refurbished clubhouse has received overwhelmingly positive reviews since their opening. Membership at the park’s Golf Club has increased, as have new and return visits for staycations.
