This mill restoration is one of many projects that reflects the breadth of our work across hospitality and leisure.

This project was a triumph of architectural conservation, bringing a Grade II listed building back to life. Built in 1813 to grind flour for Pembrokeshire, the mill underwent a meticulous restoration to transform it into a heritage dining venue.

GIA played a key role by designing the interiors while preserving the mill’s original features, resulting in a spectacular transformation.

It’s one of many projects that reflects our versatility and depth of experience across a wide range of hospitality and leisure environments. As with all our projects, from new builds to the adaptation of existing buildings, our focus remains the same. Delivering spaces that work commercially.
